  1. !Arguably the best number of the evening, dance-wise.
The opening was clever - and the show's set changes!!! Good ol Bill and Lawrence, the stage looked absolutely amazing, wonder if the same set designer from Dreamgirls did it.... certain elements felt similar to me.
Although, I must say certain things about the show bothered me..... in no particular order:

1.) The show overall felt a little dark to me, with all the black tie going on, maybe hotter lights and not as many blacks used as the main back drop.

2.) Certain shots the director chose could've been much better, ie: during one presentation - just before the winner was announced he or she chose a wide shot that showed some guy walking into his seat right in the center down front; During the memorial part where they mention those who have passed, I felt we only needed to HEAR Queen Latifah, and not have to decide whether to look at her or strain our eyes to read the names under the faces on the screens behind her... get the 1st lyric out and cut straight to the deceased until finished.

    3.) AND...I DIDN'T DO THE BEYONCEY/HUGH JACKMAN NUMBER!!! :)

4.) ?Why did everyone look super tanned when they were in their seats? am i tripping?? not that that bothered me, I'm just asking

  2. GOOD GOING WOLVERINE! Reminded me of Billy Crystal when he hosted, not quite as funny of course.

13% increase in viewers for the night! I guess someone other than women and gay men tuned in this year.

next year's crew will have their work cut out, that is for sure.
